Heather Rice, ERYT-200, began to study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and exploring yoga asana in 1996. Today she has been passionately teaching yoga for over 12 years and has studied with Baron Baptiste, Max Strom (200hr),Sri Dharma Mittra (500hr), and at distance with Leslie Kaminoff. In addition she is certified in Ayurvedic bodywork (Dr. Hari P.N of Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust,India), and is currently working towards achieving Ayurvedic health counselor certification with Ed Zadlo and David Frawley. Heather’s intention in sharing the knowledge she lives by is to inspire others to create greater balance and refined self-awareness in their lives. When not teaching yoga you can find her spending time with her dog Indie, gardening, cooking, traveling, and living her practice off of her mat!

 

Meg is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 in the styles of Vinyasa and Tantric Hatha Yoga. She is an initiate of the Sri Vidya Tantric lineage as brought to the West by Swami Rama and a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist through the Himalayan Institute. Meg believes that anybody can do yoga and she is fully committed to guiding people to realizing their unique potential for living vibrantly with intention through the tools of practice that she finds to be so effective in her own life. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time urban farming, singing jazz & kirtan melodies, cycling, and playing her harmonium.
