Yoga classes with Heather are fun, challenging, alignment focused, and divinely sequenced. Deeply connecting breath and movement you will be guided towards a meditative state that allows you to spark a deeper sense of awareness with the divine within. Amrita Flow 1/2/3 at Amrita Yoga & Wellness

Mondays & Wednesdays | 6-7:30pm, Saturday 10:30am
This class is a vinyasa style class inspired with the knowledge of my teachers Dharma Mittra and Max Strom. These classes are designed for more experienced students; but beginners are always welcome and modifications are always offered.

Yinyasa at Amrita Yoga & Wellness

Mondays | 7:45pm
We are always dealing with opposite energies within ourselves: to be active or to be receptive, to move or be still, to be energetic or calm, to look inward or look outward. This class lets us explore all these parts or ourselves! Join us for a radiantly calming blend of Yin (longer, passive held postures) and slow flow Vinyasa (rhythmic, breath centered movement) to cultivate a practice that balances out your opposing energy forces! This class is suitable to students of all levels.
